We follow a modular, transparent pricing structure, allowing clients to choose consultation, design, or complete turnkey execution based on their needs.

All prices below are indicative and may vary depending on site conditions, complexity, plant selection, and project scope. A detailed quotation is provided after site assessment.

Professional Site Consultation

Purpose: To understand the site, microclimate, structural constraints, and client aspirations before design begins.

Includes:

  • Physical or virtual site visit
  • Requirement discussion
  • Basic feasibility assessment
  • Initial suggestions on layout, plant suitability & budget range

Indicative Price:
₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per visit
(Adjustable against design or execution if the project proceeds)

Concept Garden / Landscape Design

Purpose:  To establish the visual, functional, and thematic direction of your garden.

Includes:

  • Garden theme (tropical, contemporary, native, Mughal, Zen, terrace garden, etc.)
  • Space zoning (lawns, palms, pathways, sit-outs, water features)
  • Preliminary plant palette
  • Mood board / reference visuals

Indicative Price:

  • ₹7 – ₹40 per sq.ft
  • Typical projects: ₹10,000 – ₹75,000

Detailed Landscape Design (Execution Drawings)

Purpose: To convert the approved concept into execution-ready technical drawings.

Includes:

  • Dimensioned layout drawings
  • Planting plan with species, sizes & quantities
  • Hardscape details
  • Irrigation & drainage layout
  • Garden lighting layout (where applicable)

Indicative Price:  

₹25 – ₹80 per sq.ft  

(Depends on complexity and detailing level)

Design + Execution (Turnkey Landscape Development)

Purpose: Complete end-to-end creation of your garden under one professional responsibility.

Includes:

  • Full design services
  • Plant supply
  • Soil preparation & plantation
  • Hardscape, irrigation & lighting
  • On-site supervision & quality control

Professional Fee:  
8% – 10% of total project value  
(Design fees adjustable in turnkey projects)

Plant Supply & Specialty Gardens

Specialization:
  • Indoor plants & large statement palms
  • Rare & exotic palms
  • Palm collectors’ gardens
  • Palm bonsai & specimen plants

Pricing Structure:

  • Plant cost + 10% – 30% sourcing & handling margin
  • Rare, imported, or specimen plants may have custom pricing

 

Project Supervision / Landscape Management

Purpose:   For clients executing through multiple vendors but requiring expert oversight.

Charges:
5% – 10% of execution cost

OR

₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (site-dependent)

Maintenance Planning & AMC

Purpose:  

To ensure long-term plant health, growth, and garden maturity.

Includes:

  • Seasonal care schedule
  • Fertilization & pruning guidance
  • Replacement advisory
  • Palm & exotic plant care protocols

Indicative Price:
₹3 – ₹10 per sq.ft per month
(Customized AMC packages available)
