Sales & Customer Service
Role: Customer interaction, sales support and product guidance.
Responsibilities: Assist visitors, understand their requirements, explain suitable Green Mall products and services, and support the sales process.
Who Can Apply: Freshers as well as experienced candidates with good communication, polite behaviour and willingness to learn.
Nursery & Garden Sales
Role: Plant sales, nursery assistance and customer guidance.
Responsibilities: Help customers select suitable plants, palms, pots and garden products, assist with nursery operations and provide basic plant-care guidance.
Who Can Apply: Candidates interested in plants and gardening. Practical knowledge is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers can also apply.
Garden Restaurant Staff
Role: Guest service, kitchen support and restaurant operations.
Responsibilities: Welcome and serve guests, assist with food service, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Who Can Apply: Freshers and experienced candidates who are disciplined, courteous, hygienic and comfortable working in a team.
Office & Computer Staff
Role: Office administration, computer work and coordination.
Responsibilities: Handle routine office work, customer records, data entry, documents, communication and coordination with different Green Mall departments.
Who Can Apply: Candidates comfortable with computers, basic office applications, communication and organised working.
Stock / Store Management
Role: Stock handling, inventory control and store organisation.
Responsibilities: Maintain stock records, organise materials, check incoming and outgoing items and help ensure accurate inventory management.
Who Can Apply: Responsible and organised candidates comfortable with basic record keeping and physical stock verification.
Tour Guide / Visitor Assistant
Role: Visitor assistance, campus guidance and Green Mall introduction.
Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, guide them around Green Mall, explain important attractions and facilities, and help create a pleasant visitor experience.
Who Can Apply: Friendly and confident candidates with good communication skills and an interest in nature, gardens and interacting with visitors.
Security Personnel
Role: Campus security, visitor monitoring and safety support.
Responsibilities: Monitor entry and exit, maintain security discipline, assist visitors when required and help protect Green Mall’s people, property and facilities.
Who Can Apply: Alert, disciplined, responsible and physically active candidates. Previous security experience is preferred but not essential for suitable applicants.
Management Trainees
Role: Practical training across different Green Mall operations.
Responsibilities: Learn through hands-on assignments in sales, customer service, administration, nursery, restaurant and other operational areas according to aptitude.
Who Can Apply: Freshers and young candidates who are willing to learn, accept responsibility and build a stable long-term career with Green Mall.

per month
Training + Practical Experience
EXECUTIVE ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
per month
Responsibility + Growth
EXPERIENCED / SUPERVISORY ₹18,000 – ₹25,000+
per month
